This Privacy Policy explains how GnK Web LLC (“we,” “us”), trading as Flows Builder, handles personal information in connection with the website flowonboarding.com and the purchase of FlowOnboarding. It does not describe data you collect from your own visitors using the Plugin — for that, see “The Plugin and your data” below.
Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and any details you submit through a contact form or newsletter signup, such as your name and email address.
Purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc., our Merchant of Record. Freemius collects the billing and payment details needed to complete your purchase. We receive limited order and license information from Freemius — typically your name, email, country, and license/subscription status. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
FlowOnboarding runs entirely on your WordPress site. Funnel responses, leads, and analytics it collects are stored in your own database and are never transmitted to us. As the operator of your site, you are the data controller for that information and are responsible for your own privacy disclosures to your visitors.
Our website uses cookies for essential functionality and, where enabled, analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep order and license records for as long as needed to provide the product, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of personal data we hold, subject to those obligations.
Depending on where you live (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Our website and products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
