Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FlowOnboarding (“the Plugin”) and the website at flowonboarding.com are operated by GnK Web LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), trading as Flows Builder, located at [your registered business address]. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using FlowOnboarding, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The plugin and your license

FlowOnboarding is a WordPress plugin offered in two editions:

  • Free — distributed via WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+).
  • Pro — a paid license that unlocks additional features. A Pro license may be activated on up to three (3) sites per the plan you purchase, and includes plugin updates and priority support for as long as the license is active.

The plugin’s source code is licensed under the GPL. Your paid license governs access to updates, support, and Pro features — it does not restrict the freedoms granted to the code by the GPL.

3. Payments, billing, and taxes

Pro purchases are sold and processed by Freemius, Inc., our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius handles checkout, billing, invoicing, applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax), and license delivery. Your purchase is also subject to Freemius’ terms and privacy policy.

Monthly and annual plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime plans are a single one-time payment. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account portal.

4. Refunds

Every Pro plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase through your account portal or by contacting us, and we’ll refund your payment. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Updates and support

While your Pro license is active you receive plugin updates and priority support. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, your installed plugin keeps working, but Pro features pause, and you stop receiving updates and priority support until the license is renewed. Your funnels, leads, and settings stored on your own site are never deleted by us.

6. Acceptable use

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Pro edition or license keys beyond the rights granted by your plan.
  • You may not remove, disable, or circumvent the licensing or attribution mechanisms of the Pro edition.
  • You are responsible for how you use the Plugin, including compliance with privacy and marketing laws for any data you collect from your own visitors.

7. Intellectual property

The Plugin’s code is provided under the GPL. The FlowOnboarding and Flows Builder names, logos, website content, and designs are owned by GnK Web LLC and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Plugin and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will be compatible with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GnK Web LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Plugin or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Plugin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Plugin or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in [your jurisdiction].
